Please note that all our products are customised and made specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been confirmed and processed.

We do, however, allow size exchanges under the following conditions:

• Size exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong size was sent by us.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
